Bring your candles to be blessed on Sunday at the Bulfinch Meetinghouse in Lancaster at 10AM for a service with elements inspired by the earth tradition of Imbolc at our St. Brigid’s Day service with Rev. Wil. Also honoring the Governor’s recent signing of the new Rosa Parks Day Bill H.3075. We have arrived at the midpoint between the Winter solstice and the Spring equinox. Many traditions look to this time of the year for encouragements of Spring and the returning daylight. As part of the Imbolc tradition, Rev. Wil and the kids of Religious Exploration will be performing their annual blessing of the sanctuary. We will also weave traditional St. Brigid’s crosses during coffee hour as symbols of protection and prosperity.
