UU Value: Interdependence

Older Students Welcome as we are lead by Kathy Swantee, Watercolor Artist, Instructor and Children’s Book Illustrator.

Participants will enjoy learning about Unitarian author Beatrix Potter, talented watercolorist and creator of the “Peter Rabbit” books. She honored the interdependent web of all existence and acknowledged our place in it. Under Kathy’s guidance, students will make mini watercolor art inspired by the natural world.

Beginners will participate in a Unitarian Universalist Identity curriculum. This program emphasizes learning UU values through physical movement, challenge, and adventure. 1st graders are welcome to join the group when there is no “Early Learners” activity scheduled.
