Join us Sunday as we welcome the Minister Emerita of our sister congregation in Fitchburg, the Rev. Leaf Seligman for a service regarding the importance of grief. As we enter into the final days of Jesus’s ministry, we reckon as he does, with the exigencies of grief. This familiar story summons us to reclaim the importance of collective mourning as both a spiritual and a political act. Our culture makes little room for grief and our capacity to engage in it allows us to connect more deeply with our shared humanity.
