Being in the Flow; Second Sunday in Lent

Many of us, probably all of us, at one time or another have experienced a bit of flow. A feeling of being so engrossed, so attuned with your task that even time has no real meaning. It can happen at work even, when the day is so busy you don’t have time to think just respond just focus just get your head in the game and keep it there. That’s flow. That’s being “in the zone.” Now, how do we do it on purpose?
